		<description>That really does sound grim. I had sleeping problems many years ago which resulted in me being put in sleeping tablets for 10 years. Yes, you did read that correctly. Of course they lose effect after a few weeks which gave me real problems because I became dependent on them but still couldn&#039;t sleep. I stopped them in the end and didn&#039;t sleep for 6 weeks. I&#039;m much better now. When I can&#039;t sleep I usually know why, it&#039;s because I have something on my mind and it&#039;s whizzing at 100 mph. Then I get up and potter around. The middle of the night is a dreadful time for irrational thought, I&#039;d say.</description>
