I love the candid writing of this blog. It is a hard step to admit to yourself that your brain has gone on strike or into overdrive or even swing between both ends of the spectrum when it's in indecisive mode . 25% of us (or more) will have a mental health issue at sometime in our lives. If we escape ourselves we will most certainly have a friend or relative who will... Yet why do friends and family not fuss round us in the same way they would with a physical ailment? Thank you for reminding those who take the time to read that real people can be a bit 'Dotty' but it's who they are and life is richer for it . Xxxx

Dear Bioswoolf
What a lovely name - but I'm afraid I don't quite get your meaning? Could you perhaps try and explain in a different way for me, please?
Thank you
