I treated myself to a treadmill for my birthday last year and have been slowly building up my distances ever since. I used to run a few years ago but gave it up. Looking back I can't imagine why I let it slide, it's such a great way to destress and keep fit. Admittedly, I'd prefer to be running outdoors, but the inclement weather confines me for the moment!
